Throughout my career in the B2B marketplace, I’ve enjoyed success as a sales rep, sales and marketing director, and corporate executive. I’ve trained, coached, mentored, and advised hundreds of sales people with different backgrounds, experience, and talent.

I’ve built Web sites on a shoestring budget, created traditional sales collateral, and designed innovative marketing programs. In recent years, I’ve become a corporate blog specialist to help companies take advantage of the world’s newest and most powerful business communication tool.

Experience has taught me the value of taking action, wasting no motion, and focusing on results. I started Word Sell, Inc. in 2005 because I wanted to help small and medium size companies articulate their message and pursue their goals with greater clarity and precision. That’s what my About Action™ services are designed to do.

That said, my emphasis on results does not mean lack of emphasis on people. Quite the contrary. People are far and away the most valuable resource in any business. In fact, people are the reason we’re all in business. I love my work because it gives me an opportunity to learn what people in an organization aspire to, and then help them get there.

Communication, words, and language have always been my passion, whether written, spoken, silent or sung. In business, words can make or break a sale, a customer relationship, or an entire enterprise. It all depends on how we put them together.
