In all the excitement over Project Confident Friendship, I failed to notice my Timing Is Everything post was my 500th post!
How ironic! A post on timing, and I mistime this announcement. There’s only one thing to say –

Anyway, I like to celebrate milestones such as this by giving away books. I’ll do a random drawing of all commenters on this post and give the lucky winner their choice of one selection from the Word Sell Book Store. (Don’t buy now, just browse the selections.)

Apparently, you and I view your announcement a bit differently, though: While you find the mis-timing of your announcement ironic (because your 500th post was one on timing), I tend to focus more on the irony of the fact that your 500th post happened to be a post on timing! As I see it, your timing for writing that particular post was absolutely impeccable–even if unplanned!
Just another perspective!
