What kind of subject matter can you expect to find here? My interests are rather wide ranging, so I tend to drift away from my specialty, which is business blog development, content strategy, and copywriting. The common denominator here is words and language, and how to use them in pursuit of your business goals and dreams.

If this is not a pure and focused marketing blog, it’s because I believe we must search for business generating ideas anywhere and everywhere. Made to Stick has much to teach us about storytelling in in the marketplace, but so does Bruce Springsteen. Persuading customer to buy our products and services is heady, theoretical stuff, but sometimes the most effective way to execute is with a silly, one panel cartoon.

This blog will also shift from the sublime to the meticulous, because solutions to business communication problems can be sweeping or specific. Sometimes the answer is a new grand strategy for Web content. Sometimes the answer is a different voice mail greeting.
