Finally, My Updated Blogroll

Been trying to get caught up on my blogroll, along with trying to digest scores of outstanding new blogs I discovered via SOBCon08.

New additions to my updated blogroll —

Erik Potter I’ve been reading Erik for a while; since he started blogging, actually. He writes from the heart.

Kristen King A SOBCon connection. She writes with zest about writing — I like it!

Chris Cree A really nice guy with admirable aspirations and real spirit. Met though Bob Hruzek.

Amy Palko A Joanna Young connection. I think Amy just recently learned about me on Twitter, but I’ve been reading her blog for months. Don’t know which I like better, her writing style or her photography.

Brent Diggs Far and away my favorite humor blog. If you haven’t read it, get right over there. We connected long ago through my Scrambled Toast humor blog.

Rick Mahn Another SOBCon connection. Haven’t been reading long, but he is very perceptive.

Terry Starbucker A font of information and wisdom known to all.

Timothy L. Johnson Have admired for a while as a fine thinker and writer … turns out he’s a fine fellow as well!

I’ll be adding more later, but I have to slow down on my blog reading or I won’t get any work done.

Tim, Time flies — seems like yesterday. Last time I updated my blogroll was at least six months ago. That seems like just yesterday, too.

Brad,
I’ll echo Terry here - your kind words and link are very meaningful to me. It reminds me of all the great people that SOBCon concentrated into one room, allowing each of us to get to learn new things. Thank you!

I’m off to get started updating my blogroll too! So many new blogs to add.

Hi Brad,
I am a huge fan of Amy Palko and like you I love her photography as much as her writing. I know Terry and Rick through Twitter and really like their work too. Many of the others are new to me so it will be fun to explore. Thanks for sharing.

Honestly, I had never heard of SOBcon until you just mentioned it, but I think it is only fitting.

After all, why should the nice people get all the conventions?
