Many thanks to Wendy Piersall for publishing two of my posts on her fabulous Sparkplugging blog. Sparkplugging covers quite a range of topics relating to work-at-home business, and I was excited to cover a couple new areas, on the topics of business cartoons and business humor.
Wendy also organized our recent Chicago suburban Tweetup, which was great fun. Had a chance to meet and get to know some very fine folks, including –
Derek Semmler
Barbara Rozgonyi
Kim Fenolio
Jeff O’Hara
Carloyn Shelby
Jerome Hughes
Karen (@DeafMom) (And her charming interpreter, Katie)
Jim Goodrich
Wendy Piersall
Hope I didn’t miss anybody. Special thanks to Jerome for explaining the ins and outs of Twitter. It’s much less of a mystery now.
Can’t wait for the next Tweetup!

Brad, if I had known all the action would be in Chicago, I would have driven a little farther East and parked my wagon there.
I am a fan of Wendy Piersall on Twitter and elsewhere. She is very sharp and extremely gracious. Count us Michiganders in for the next tweetup.
Karen, it’s a deal! If you have one out your way, let us know. I’d make the drive.
Great meeting up with you and good to getting know everyone there better, Brad. Following someone on twitter certainly warms up first-time introductions and makes staying in touch almost automatic.

Hi Barbara, there’s at least one person who will enjoy your Twitter resource - me!
Isn’t Twitter magic?
Glad that you’ve hooked up with Wendy, it was great to see your cartoons being profiled on sparkplugging.

PS You forgot to include a link to the photos! Here’s one for starters http://tinyurl.com/4cvkhx
Joanna, it’s possible I left that photo out for a reason.
It was great meeting you as well Brad. BTW, I am not sure if you are on the Ultimate Twit List of Dads/Husbands that I put together on The Man Page. I’ll have to check the list and get that updated if necessary.
Looking forward to the next Tweetup - or tweetchi, lol.
Hi Derek, Haven’t seen the Ultimate Twit List, but what a great concept! Thanks.
Brad, that’s a good picture of you!
It was great chatting with you at the Tweetup and I look forward to the next one.
Thanks DeafMom! You are much more photogenic.
