Thanksgiving for My Blogger Friends and Favorites

In this season of thanksgiving, I took a few minutes to reflect on how blogging has changed my life over the last couple years. I’m amazed by how many bloggers have influenced me, helped me, entertained me, befriended me. So in no particular order, here are some people to whom I’d like to say, THANK YOU!

Olivia Brown, for her friendship and love of words.

Liz Strauss, for her direction.

Lara Kulpa, for her collaboration and enthusiasm.

Rob Watts, for his wicked sense of humor.

Darren Rowse, for his wisdom.

George Ajazi, for everything.

Mark Hill, for being the greatest illustrator and greatest guy around.

Joanna Young, for her friendship and collaboration.

David Hayward, for his inspiration.

Daniel Sitter, for his sales sensibility.

The crew at Whoast, for their support.

Jeanne Dininni, for her friendship and spirit.

Mike Sigers … just hope he’s feeling better!

David Meerman Scott, for being so incredibly spot on.

Jennifer Jones, for her inspiration.

Robert Hruzek, for his engaging style and fantastic group projects.

Brent, for being really, really funny.

Bob Ravasio, for being a great friend.

Robyn McMaster, for bending my mind in new directions.

Tony Clark, for his perspective.

And all the visitors to Word Sell — thanks for stopping by!

Happy Thanksgiving to all ~ even those north of the border or across the Atlantic!

  6. Brad, what a generous post, thank you. I greatly value your friendship and collaboration too - you give me confidence and inspiration to keep going when sometimes I’m not so sure where I’m going or what I’m doing

I never realised virtual friendships could be so rich, could add so much texture and flavour in our lives. It’ll be fun to meet one day in person (I’m sure we will) but I’m looking forward to more commenting, e-mailing, stumbling, facebooking conversation too, in the spirit of rich, rewarding, virtual friendship.

    Have a great Thanksgiving

    Joanna

  10. Hi Brad, just arrived back home after spending time away with family for Thanksgiving.

Our exchanges along the way proved interesting and mind-bending to say the least. Thanks for the shout.
