The results are always illuminating when Darren Rowse spearheads a Group Writing Project on ProBlogger.
The project just completed featured almost 300 submissions from serious bloggers all over the world. While the topic, Reviews and Predictions, attracted every kind of subject matter under the sun, the future of blogging was a popular theme.
As you might expect, there was quite a variety of opinions. A couple points where there was some consensus–
1. Personal blogging will level off, decline, or morph into something else.
2. Business blogging will increase.
