Blogging Metaphors–From Blob to Blog

For many people, the concept of a blog is still a blob.
In response, Liz Strauss launched her Blogging Metaphor group project. The purpose? To explain blogs to non-bloggers in terms that everybody can understand. Already, we have metaphor galore. Food, horses, plankton(!), cocktails, and even koala bears dancing the conga. Here’s the list so far–
