Start Connecting

My new tagline is Start Connecting. Hope you like it.

Why “start connecting”?

Because conversational marketing is not a passing fancy. It’s here to stay. More correctly, it’s back to stay. Stories and conversation were how we communicated for thousands of years, until the advent of mass media.

Because companies need to connect with customers, and not as companies, but as people.

Because today’s copywriting challenge is to build relationships, not dazzle audiences.

Because I can help people find the words to make those connections and build those relationships, and there’s nothing I’d rather do.

Because I am absolutely convinced that companies that start connecting will keep connecting — and keep growing.

  2. Thanks Joanna. You planted the seed for this months ago when you were helping me with a newsletter - remember? (I should have mentioned it in the post.)

  3. I do remember, and it gave me a quiet glow of satisfaction to see where you’d got to with your thinking here. There’s no need to mention it.
