		<description>That is certainly strange, Brad. I guess they put the rocks in the bag so that they could throw it at the house instead of walking up to it and sticking it on the house. And then it wouldn&#039;t blow away. And you would be bound to notice what it is and pick it up. 

But they risk that any normal human being would be annoyed by that time. Even if they needed a painter, they&#039;d probably make note NOT to use that one.
