Fed up with the incomprehensible price structures common to the industry and the inevitable price resistance they cause among potential clients, SEO expert George Ajazi developed a New Business Model™ which is likely to turn the search optimization industry on its head. Instead of charging for his SEO services, George is now giving them away. For free.

“Sure, revenues have taken a hit since I implemented my New Business Model™,” George observes. “But I’m saving a ton of time by not sending out invoices, my tax exposure is nil, and I’ve let go my accountant. It all evens out.”

Apparently, the adage that free sells is true. Clients – small and midsize companies – are eagerly signing up for George’s free SEO services, citing the no cost feature as a major factor in their decision making process.

George Ajazi is always working“My New Business Model™ is simple. Clients like simple. Other SEO firms need twenty page PowerPoints to explain their pricing models. Clearly, they are overegging the pudding. My PowerPoint is one page,” boasts Ajazi. “And I use an extremely large font.”

George has noticed another key benefit of his Model™ – no more wasted time haggling over price with clients. He notes that not only is he saving time, but the client is as well. “Now we can just concentrate on work. The productivity gains are enormous, off the charts.”

A Global Balancing Act
At the moment, the SEO industry remains skeptical, and perhaps sees the Model™ as some sort of threat. However, there is a growing school of thought that thinks free services offered by the private sector is the wave of the future. With the government giving billions in cash to the private sector in exchange for no services, it’s going to take a massive effort from companies like Ajazi.com to balance things out by offering services in exchange for no cash. “It’s Economics 101,” says George.

If you know anybody who needs free SEO services, send them George’s way. Nowhere else will they get as much for their money.

Disclosure
My role in all this? George and I go back a long way. I believe in his New Business Model™ and I want to help spread the word. After much negotiation, we worked out a deal where I get 30% of the gross revenue from George’s free SEO services. I think this is a pretty generous split, don’t you?
