Once again, in honor of the Twitter “Follow Friday” ritual, here are 10 of my favorite follows. They all have a lot to say on marketing, small business, and so much more. And, they have another quality I greatly respect – they are excellent listeners.
Listening is very important on Twitter Brad but your comment has me wondering… how can you tell that someone is good at listening?

@joannayoung – you can tell by the way they interact with you; they focus on your needs in their comments and actually provide useful input (compared to the, Jeepers, me too! You’re so right! etc.etc.etc.)
Hi Joanna, Along with what Barbara says, I think you can tell if people are listening by the pertinence of their replies, if they Tweet you about something you Tweeted a day or a week ago, etc.
