Andrew, It certainly is easy to lose perspective when the world seems to be crumbling all around. As bad as things seem today, a quick skim through any history book will show us that they could be a lot worse.
Alina, Wouldn’t it be fantastic if every country had a holiday of Thanksgiving? This year, the push for Christmas gift buying has pushed Thanksgiving almost off the map, which is sad. Karen Swim wrote about that on her blog earlier this month.
